The Service Department at Toyotaways also offer the following additional services for your convenience:
- Courtesy Bus Service - available to take you home and collect you once your vehicle service is completed.*
- Onsite Car Wash - our environmentally friendly onsite car wash means that your vehicle will be washed as part of your service.
- Near New Loan Vehicles - near new loan vehicles are available to hire while your vehicle is being serviced. Please note that advanced booking notice is required and no guarantee can be made as to the availability of a vehicle.*
- State-of-the-Art Computer System - our state-of-the-art computer system means that we have your vehicles full servicing history with us available at our fingertips.
When you contact our Service Department to make a booking, please ensure that you have your vehicle registration ready to speed up the booking process, and to avoid wasting your time.
We ask that you bring your vehicle in at the time it is booked, to allow one of our experienced Service Advisors allocated to your job enough time to look at your vehicle with you, and discuss any issues or requirements that you may have. Your booking is made to ensure that you are looked after and that any important aspects of your vehicle service are not missed. Please note that priority will be given to customers who arrive at the correct booking time.
